​    Mental health is important and can affect you more than you know. Having good mental wellness can change your daily life for the better. We have some resources and tips available for you to help with your mental health, and to make sure you are staying happy.

  • Get plenty of SLEEP. Sleep is really important for our physical and mental health. Create a reasonable sleeping schedule
  • Get plenty of sunlight. Going outside for just a simple walk can help
  • Manage stress
  • Do something you enjoy. Try new things and find what you are interested in
  • Connect with others and be sociable. 
  • Make sure to take care of yourself!
